If this is how your team feels after you have talked about what they need to accomplish today, they may want to lift it, but there is just too much! Your job is to make it possible. Stephan Covey says that the reason people do not engage is that there are too many goals, the goals are not clear, or they don’t know what THEY are supposed to do. You can help them out of all those dilemmas by clarifying your expectations and making it easy for them to succeed today.
