Thanks Peggy. As a virtual attendee to the conference, I was really impressed with the speakers' knowledge and the awesome technology used for us to see and hear the live sessions as well as the ability to chat with other online attendees.

One of the best sessions I've heard to date on Lean was given by Susan Greenwood: Becoming a Lean Healthcare Organization: Lessons Learned Along the Journey.

Kukos to the folks at HIMSS13 for getting top keynotes like Bill Clinton and for opening the conference to those of us that simply couldn't take the week away from the office.
